Thank you for your generous support. Please retain your email receipt as a record of your donation. Beginning January 1, 2026, Hadassah will no longer mail tax letters for donations under $250.00, in accordance with IRS tax code §170(f)(8). Federal tax law requires that you keep receipts to substantiate charitable deductions of $250 or more. Your canceled check alone will not suffice. The law requires that, in all cases where you are required to have a receipt from the charity, you must have it in hand before filing your tax return.
